Steps in Quick Turn PCB Assembly

Step 1:

Design for Manufacturability (DFM) Check

We will perform a Design for Manufacturability (DFM) check on the design in Gerber file format. The DFM review is a process of technical verification if the materials and design conform to IPC standards and our manufacturing capabilities. If we come across any questions, we will raise technical questions to customers.

Step 2:

Component Procurement

We understand the importance of time. The Bill of Materials (BOM) for PCBA is composed of several components, both active and passive components, we will make sure that everything is available to avoid unwanted surprises during project execution.

Step 3:

Prototyping Production

After components arrive at our site, SMT programming is set. By using our smart manufacturing line, surface mount and through hole components are populated accurately and in a speedy time.

Step 4:

Inspection and Testing

Finally, inspection and testing are essential to make sure good parts are delivered. Inspection of Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI) machines is performed 100% to check for the solder joints and completeness of components on the printed circuit boards. Functional Testing is also being done upon customer requirement.
