Our 3D Inline Automatic Optical Inspection system solves this with advanced phase measurement profilometry and a high-speed camera, delivering high-resolution 3D imaging capable of inspecting 01005 components and 0.3 mm-pitch solder joints, ensuring reliability in automotive, medical, and industrial applications.

The system features four-direction structured light and 360° LED illumination, blind spots and captures accurate 2D/3D data across PCB sizes up to 550 x 510 mm. It supports IPC-610 compliance, offline programming, real-time SPC, and full traceability, while interactive 3D defect verification helps operators validate results quickly and accurately minimizing human error.
